This post is a long time coming. My brother married Amy on September 15 in Denver. I have gotten to know Amy over the past year. She is a loving woman who knows what she wants. She has a twin brother, too. I thought it was sweet of her to ask me to be a bridesmaid. Amy went to journalism school at Northwestern and got her masters there, too. She now owns her own PR business.
My parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at a rooftop bar in downtown Denver. We could see the mountains while we drank margaritas and ate mexican that was catered by a local food cart chef.
The wedding was at 5:30 the next day.
The reception was at the Denver Art Museum. The Faircloths danced our booties off.
