Earlier this week Caylan dug our garden bed. He used a method called double-digging instead of a tiller. It took him six hours of hard labor. I am told it is a rite of passage. Learn about it here.

We are waiting for the soil to warm up before we transplant. It snowed five inches on Friday. It is fun to watch the birds dig for worms in the dirt.
